View all Lanier condos for sale at Habersham Pointe 

The only complex on Lake Lanier for condos or townhomes with lake views are at Habersham Pointe. There are no other places like it since condos are extremely rare on Lanier. You can also walk 500 yards or less to small Habersham Marina to keep your boat. At Habersham condos there is only day use for their community docks. Some of the very best lake views are at this subdivision with some views stretching out 2 miles or more. Only about 1/4 of the 100 or so condos there have lake views.
